You have completed the Sensor Setup for your new Elertus or Liberty SafElert and the LED light on your sensor turned green indicating that it connected successfully with the Elertus server. You then opened your email app but never received an email from Elertus allowing you to complete your account setup.




First, it may take a few minutes for the email to show up. If you have already waited several minutes, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. Your email app may have inadvertently flagged the Elertus Setup Email as spam.


Finally, if you cannot find the Setup Email in your junk or spam folder, please contact us by creating a customer support ticket or by sending us an email to support@elertus.com. Please let us know what email address you used during the setup and whether you have an Elertus Sensor or a Liberty SafElert.
