A. If you have a new wireless router, it is possible that the network name (SSID) and/or password have changed. In order to get your SafElert Sensor to connect to this new network, go through the steps in the Quickstart Guide used to setup your device when it was new. When prompted, put in the new network name (SSID) and new password. Put in the same email address that you are currently using as your account username.
